Payment
Please note that all payments are made in pounds sterling. Product prices shown
exclude VAT and postage & packaging. The postage and VAT will be added in your
purchase basket showing you the full amount to be paid before your purchase
transaction is completed.
Delivery
All online orders received Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 4pm we
aim to process next day.
Delivery Delay
We are required to deliver your order within 30 days. In
practice, however, almost all of our orders are dispatched within 24 hours of
receipt except at holiday times. If your purchase is out of stock, we will tell
you immediately and if you do not wish to wait will offer a full refund of the
purchase price. There will possibly be times when an order may take longer to
arrive than usual or certain services such as Royal Mail are suspended. We will
contact you as soon as possible to inform you of any such delay.
Other Payments
We are also happy to accept payment
as a cheque or postal order. However we do not accept or recommend cash postal
payments.
If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order please make them payable to
'Ventures New'. You will be required to add an additional £1.00 to the
product price to cover postage & packaging.
You will also need to add VAT at
17.5% to the above final purchase price.
