putty is used to fill your outer ear and
entrance to your ear canal. This process is

minutes. The silicone automatically moulds
itself to your ear’s contours. Once cured you
have your own, permanent custom moulded ear
plugs. They offer fantastic fit, increased
comfort, long term use, are washable and can
cost considerably less than disposable ear plugs
over time.
Studies have shown that one half of workers that
wear hearing protection receive half or less of
the protection they should. This is because
their hearing protection devices are not worn
correctly or continuously due to improper or
